Purvi Gandhi is the CFO of Allegis Capital. Prior to joining Allegis Capital, Ms. Gandhi spent ten years with international private equity and venture capital firms that invested in technology and non-technology sectors in Asia and in Silicon Valley. During this ten-year period, Ms. Gandhi spent seven of those years at Hambrecht & Quist Asia Pacific (H&QAP), an international private equity firm with over $2.0 billion in assets under management. Ms. Gandhi helped lead the spinout of H&QAP from JP Morgan/Chase and co-led all fundraising efforts to help raise over $1.0 billion. As Chief Financial Officer of H&QAP, Ms. Gandhi was in charge of finance, accounting and administration of the firm's ten offices throughout Asia-Pacific and in Silicon Valley. She also headed H&QAP's investor relations, public relations, and external reporting. Ms. Gandhi chaired the Compensation Committee and was a member of H&QAP's Executive Committee and Investment Committee. After H&QAP, Ms. Gandhi spent a year as Managing Director/COO with Ankar Capital, focusing on the firm's India investment strategy.

Prior to joining H&QAP in 1996, Ms. Gandhi spent nearly 2 years at Charles Schwab, responsible for investor reporting for Schwab's proprietary mutual funds - comprised of $40.0 billion of equity and fixed income products. Prior to Schwab, Ms. Gandhi was with Deloitte & Touche, where she completed her CPA requirements. Ms. Gandhi's most recent position, prior to Allegis Capital, was as a Chief Financial Officer of a healthcare informatics company in San Francisco, where she helped lead the company through its initial Series A round helped grow the team from 12 to 60 employees. Ms. Gandhi received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
