Peter Bodine joined Allegis Capital at the beginning of 2006. Prior to Allegis he worked with Mr. Tall for over 13 years where he co-founded APV Technology Partners. He was a General Partner of three funds totaling over $220M. Mr. Bodine's key area of focus is on growing early stage IT companies, using the Allegis Capital network of corporate contacts to help leverage marketing channels and accelerate revenues for the Firm's portfolio companies. Mr. Bodine has broad experience helping start-up and established companies develop business plans, recruit senior personnel, and procure and structure debt and equity funding via strategic alliances with corporate partners. Mr. Bodine also worked at Asia Pacific Ventures, a consulting and advisory service firm where he advised Megahertz, Maxtor, Phone.com, Proxim, Visigenic Software, Vantive, ZeitNet, U.S. Robotics, and General Magic regarding market development and technology partnerships. Through Asia Pacific Ventures, Mr. Bodine has also advised Asian companies including Fujitsu, Epson, Kubota, Hitachi Data Systems, NTT, Japan Tobacco, Marubeni, Toshiba, and Hyundai on a project and retainer basis to develop U.S.-based technology, partnering, and investment strategies.

Mr. Bodine currently serves as Chairman of iBAHN the worldwide leading provider of wired and wireless broadband services to the hospitality industry. Mr. Bodine is also a director of Adventure Central, Ribbit (MTV-5 portfolios), and iPass (NASD IPAS). Prior investments include Astoria Software (formerly TopicalNet), BUYandHOLD (sold to Fahnestock), Fatbrain.com (sold to BarnesandNoble, NASDAQ: FATB), Dynamic Pictures (sold to 3Dlabs), Impala Linear (sold to Fairchild), ShareWave (sold to cirrus Logic), and Versata (NASDAQ: VATA). Mr. Bodine holds an MBA from University of Utah, and a BS degree from Brigham Young University.
